All sales of digital licenses are final once the product has been delivered
Due to the immediate, non-returnable nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Accidental purchases
Failure to check system requirements
Inability to use the software due to user technical limitations
2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only in these exceptional circumstances:

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in:
Automatic license revocation
Account blacklisting from future purchases
Possible legal action for fraudulent claims
